If you have the product and the sales channels, AIM Production’s manufacturing unit in Jüri Industrial Park is the perfect place for manufacturing enforcement. We handle sheet metal cutting, bending, welding and surface finishing. We are an excellent partner for medium-sized companies and can deliver manufacturing output starting from small batches and up to 5000 units per year.
EXPERIENCE
Our manufacturing experience is based on making stainless steel and aluminium weldments for areas requiring high-quality products (offshore and energy industry). Initially, we manufactured details primarily for oil drilling rigs and wind-power generators, but also for railway usage and the food processing industry. Resulting from the above needs of the clients, we arrived at providing weldments of mild steel with high-quality finish.
The energy sector was the first area we started to supply with mild steel assemblies. Today, we provide services for a number of other areas with notable need for weldments made of normal quality steel that meet high quality demands.
QUALITY
Our high-quality welding and surface finishing is the reason why clients team up with AIM Production for weldments of normal quality steel.
AIM Production has established a welding management system with ISO 3834-2 as well as EN 15085-2 CL1 certificates in order to ensure good weldment quality. The company employs two welding coordinators (IWE – International Welding Engineer).
