AIM Production started out as a supplier of metal assemblies and our clients soon realised that it makes more sense to order functional assemblies that already include a significant amount of purchase products and their assembly with metal products.
RESPONSIBILITY
Our clients’ supply chains would previously manage hundreds and thousands of lines, but not when they order products from AIM Production with one line that could include hundreds or thousands of components and AIM Production is responsible for all such supply chains.
AIM Production has created a network of suppliers that covers companies providing surface finish, pneumatics, hydraulics, bearings and other industrial attachments as well as companies providing special components (client-specific components). It is common for each project to include components that are not to be substituted and AIM Production works with clients to take over corresponding supply chains.
PARTNERSHIP
We manage a versatile supply chain and have good relations with manufacturers and sellers of details for different equipment. Using our supply chain often helps save both time and monetary resources, which also reduces the cost of the product and enables the client to invest more in product development and marketing.
