LIQUID PAINTING
The overall quality of wet painting in the Baltic Sea region is what drove AIM Production to invest in a personal painting line. Since we work for the world’s leading manufacturers of generators in the overall industry as well as the wind sector, we adhere to their quality standards to achieve a high-quality surface finishing. In addition to excellent skilled labour, wet painting also requires a painting line with the right design and construction. Hence, AIM Production invested in a painting line made specifically for meeting the criteria of large German and Danish generator manufacturers.
The line is suitable for painting details which measure up to 4 m x 4 m x 12 m.
POWDER PAINTING
The high quality standards for the finishing of powder painted details in the electronics industry also establish AIM Production’s quality standards for clients in other sectors. We use fully automatic prewashing and semi-automatic painting line to achieve the desired quality. Standard thickness of paint layer is 60-100 mic.
Regular detail measurements up to 3.5 m x 1.4 m x 2 m.
ACID WASH
All stainless steel products are taken to acid wash immediately after completion.
It is AIM Production’s principle to merge all products into an acid bath as this ensures the passivation of even the most hard-to-reach places and provides a visually balanced final result.
The bath we use measures 6 m x 2 m x 2 m.
ZINC ELECTROPLATING
We usually use yellow or light blue electro-zinc up to 10-25 mic in thickness.
We have experience with covering electro-zinc with powder paints.
The measurements of the zinc plated part are up to 3.1 m x 1.2. m x 0.35 m.
HOT ZIP Zincing
We can perform zinc plating by dipping or drum-type rolling.
Zinc layer thickness usually 70-100 mic.
